I had a great experience at this hotel in San Cristobal de las Casas. the location was perfect - right in the center of town, close to all the main attractions. Secondly, the staff were amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any issues that came up. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities, including a kitchen, which was really convenient. Oh, and I must mention the delicious breakfast they served every morning. this hotel provided great value for money.

I spent Christmas in this cozy and well-kept hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to both the main square and local markets, allowing me to easily explore the area on foot. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable during my stay. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast offered each morning and the clean and comfortable rooms, complete with hot showers and plenty of space to relax.

While I had a wonderful experience overall, the water pressure in the shower could be improved. It took some time for the water to get warm, and once it did, the pressure was a bit lacking.

Great value for money and centrally located. The private room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The heater provided was a plus during the chilly nights. The courtyard with the kitchen was a nice touch and the staff was friendly.

We were given a different room than what we had booked and it was considerably smaller. The musty smell and dampness of the room were unpleasant, and we got bitten by what could have been fleas.
